I checked in twice at this hotel, despite my bad experience, hoping that things will change. I regret it. I fell sick because of the fluctuating temperature in the air conditioning system in our room. The in room dining services are pathetic. The food trolleys are broken and damaged, yet being used. The food quality is much different and worst compared to the restaurant. The last straw of my hope broke, when I requested a transfer to the airport. Though I mentioned 4 suitcases and extra bags, we were provided a small car. And yet charged an exorbitant amount of 5000+taxes. We paid for an SUV, and were fooled by a small car. I will never come back
We loved our stay! The front desk staff was very kind. Our room was large, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet had fresh and tasty food. Great location near the train station. We will come back soon!"❤️
Sidika is an excellent hostess who always welcomes you warmly and does her best to fulfill every request. This hotel is the finest Marriott I have visited. The food is fantastic and more authentic compared to many other Indian restaurants nearby.
