Couple • India • Sep 2026This is by far the worst hotel chain I've stayed at. The rooms are tiny like matchboxes, with mosquitoes in both the washroom and the room. The room feels more like a display box than an actual room—stepping in feels like a mistake. The washroom is just as bad. The only decent area is the waiting space on the ground floor. If I were to rate various aspects, it would be: 1. Room size: 1/10 2. Bathroom size: 1/10 3. Cleanliness: 4/10 (found dirty cups meant for coffee/tea) 4. Freshness: 2/10 (the room smells strange upon entry) 5. Food: 1/10 (very overpriced) 6. Lighting: 7/10 7. Guests must carry their own luggage to the rooms 8. Both food and rooms are highly overpriced 9. No proper table in the room, only a fixed wall table suitable just for unpacking luggage since there's no other surface. Some other issues: no bathroom slippers unless requested, the cupboard lacks hangers and is cramped with a fridge and safe, taking up the already limited space. My room had a door in the middle, probably leading to another room and used by housekeeping. My advice is to avoid booking here; better hotels and rooms are available for half the price. They also have a no-refund policy, so I'm stuck here despite disliking it. Even cheap Oyo hotels are better than these matchbox rooms. It's best to check room photos on apps before booking.
