Had a good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient and the overall experience was pleasant. I was satisfied with my stay and would consider visiting again.

We requested the staff to change the bedsheet and clean the room. They assured us that someone would come after some time, but no one showed up.The hot water heater was also not working properly, so we had to bathe in cold water. The staff was extremely uncooperative and showed very little concern about resolving our issues.The lady at the reception was particularly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, she kept arguing with us and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. Customer service clearly needs significant improvement.Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
