**1/5**Worst hotel experience. The ambience was very poor and the hotel was extremely unhygienic. The room was dirty, and there were bedbugs (khatmals), making it impossible to stay comfortably. The AC was not cooling, and there was no Android TV as expected. Overall, it was a terrible experience.Agoda's customer service was also disappointing. They were unresponsive and did not attend to my queries or provide timely assistance. I would not recommend this hotel or Agoda's customer support based on my experience.

Pleasant residential area, with a connecting road to the main road, and staff are responsive.

Extremely disappointing and not suitable for families. The geyser was not working and complaints were ignored. During a 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child, only one bottle of water and a small soap were given. There were cockroaches on the food tray. Although a kettle was available, no tea bags or whiteners were provided. The hotel is a 3-story building without a lift, and no assistance was offered for carrying luggage. Guests must carry their belongings up to the third floor with their child. It seems that lower floor rooms are given to young unmarried couples, who might be regular visitors.

The receptionist uncle is very kind and helpful, overall the experience is excellent for this price. No problems at all, a very good experience. 🙏🙏🙏

The rooms are nice. The hotel is located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood.
