Booked a room at Lemon Tree Premier Navi Mumbai at the last minute. Room met all my needs as it was clean. Shower had steady hot water and had all amenities like toohbrushes and soap required.Aircon was cold and stable. Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was great with local food as well as some cereal available.Pool and gym looked clean for a nice workout.

Terrible hotel

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai. The rooms are cozy and meet a 4-star standard, featuring a clean and pleasant atmosphere. What really made my visit memorable was the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. I want to especially acknowledge Mr. Aditya, Mr. Pritam, and Ms. Priya for their exceptionally warm and professional care. Their commitment and friendly demeanor enhanced my experience significantly. The Citrus Restaurant also deserves praise for its delicious, fresh, and well-prepared food with a good selection. The restaurant service was just as commendable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with excellent hospitality, tasty food, and top-notch service. I highly recommend Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai and am eager to return. Many thanks to Mr. Aditya, Mr. Pritam, and Ms. Priya for their fantastic service!

We formally express our deep disappointment regarding the unacceptable operational failures and alleged misconduct during and after our exhibition at Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400703. Sahyadri Pearls has organized exhibitions, jewellery events, and training programs for over eight years at various venues, and we have never encountered such poor coordination, disrespect, or alleged misconduct. We booked two rooms and the event hall for two days, bringing about ₹4 lakh worth of glass/metal exhibition infrastructure. During setup, we were informed the elevator was unsuitable and told to use the narrow staircase, which caused damage to our counters. On 23 August 2026, an event partner was reportedly told by a hotel staff member: “Hum tum pe kutte chhod denge katane ke liye.” Despite this, we remained cooperative. Since valuable pearl jewellery was kept in our rooms and counters were in the hall, the Duty Manager assured us the elevator would be fixed by around 10:00 AM on 24 August. Based on this, we stayed an extra night at our own inconvenience and cost. However, the elevator was still not working the next morning, forcing us to arrange extra manpower and pay additional labour to move the counters via the stairs. The situation worsened. Our founders and business partners—registered hotel guests personally handling our valuable jewellery—were allegedly blocked by security staff, including Ms. Sanjanna, while using the guest elevator. Our business partner was reportedly manhandled by Duty Manager Mr. Bhushan. We also allege that Hotel Director Mr. Gaurav Tripathi used highly inappropriate language, including “F*uck The Guest,” and our team faced intimidation in the lobby. Most troubling, while our team was allegedly barred from using the guest elevator for packed jewellery cartons, we saw construction workers using it for materials. When questioned, security reportedly said: “Ye Directors ka kaam chal raha hai, wo kuch bhi kar sakte hai.” These events raise serious concerns about guest safety, unequal treatment, staff behavior, property damage, operational responsibility, and management standards. 1. The elevator failure and conflicting repair promises. 2. Unsafe staircase use causing counter damage. 3. Extra labour and accommodation expenses we incurred. 4. Alleged threats, abusive language, intimidation, and physical misconduct. 5. Restrictions on guests moving their own valuable jewellery. 6. Apparent preferential use of the guest elevator for construction. 7. Conduct of Ms. Sanjanna, Mr. Bhushan, and Mr. Gaurav Tripathi. We emphasize that the elevator malfunction is not our main issue; it is how your team handled the situation that is unacceptable. A professional hotel should provide communication, alternatives, guest support, and accountability. Instead, we faced poor coordination, property damage, extra costs, alleged verbal abuse, intimidation, and alleged physical misconduct.
