so when we checked in first thing was the room was really bad ambience lift was not working. We had to carry the luggage to the second floor is not really great. Location is not good. Ambience is really bad room sheets, pillows are torn or stain marks, smelly room leakage from the AC.

Deceptive Experience

The owner/manager says one thing but then charges differently. Their reasoning for the average rooms and service was flawed. They lied to us directly. We booked only because they were opening a hotel and wanted to host guests there. However, the hotel was not open and none of their promises were fulfilled. It was the worst experience.
