I was assigned a bathtub room under the day tariff, which had been previously discussed and confirmed with the receptionist. However, after 6 hours, I got a call saying my time was up. This time limit was never mentioned during booking or check-in. When I pointed this out, the receptionist agreed to extend my stay by only one more hour (6+1 hours). For a payment of ₹2,500, this treatment is disappointing and not worth the price. There were also problems with the food service. We got a different dish than what we ordered. The food quality was just average, and it seemed like low-quality oil was used. Additionally, the hotel charged 5% GST on the in-house food bill, even though the menu usually includes all taxes. This is misleading and should be clarified. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication, service issues, and incorrect billing. I expected much better for the price.

I had a wonderful experience at Aarush Inn. The hotel is tidy and cozy, and the staff are very hospitable. Nitesh deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. His warm and friendly demeanor makes every guest feel at home. When he is away from the reception, it feels like something is lacking! His commitment, professionalism, and kindness really enhance the stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and inviting place to stay. I will surely return!

The room is extremely clean and the staff is cooperative. The food quality is not excellent, but everything else is great.
