The experience was very positive, and the landlord was kind and very helpful. It felt like home.

Had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely polite, humble, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. Parking space is available, making it convenient for travellers with their own vehicles. The hotel’s location is another big advantage, being just around 100 meters from the highway, offering easy accessibility while still providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. Overall, a great value-for-money option and I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers.

Location: Just a few minutes from the railway station and highway. Rooms: Located on the first floor with a few steps to climb. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and clean, equipped with all essential amenities. Options for double and triple occupancy are available based on your needs. Food: Breakfast included in the package was excellent and served promptly. Owner: Mr. Omkar Bhatkar, the owner, was very cooperative and helpful. WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is provided. Parking: Parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Overall, although termed a homestay, the room facilities match those of a hotel. A good choice for staying near Ratnagiri Railway station. Definitely recommended!
