Sunstone Suites offers luxurious rooms at budget friendly rate. It is a relatively new hotel situated in Ratnagiri with all the amenities near by. Rooms offered were quite clean starting from washrooms, towels provided and the bedsheets along with the blankets.All the toiletries were provided along with dental kits. Additionally, wifi provided had great speed.Only thing is they don't have dedicated restaurant but they do allow orders from swiggy / zomato and provide cutlery if required. Car parking space is limited but we didn't face any problem with it.
We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. On top of that, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.
The staff stands out as the best part of this hotel. They are very helpful, quick to respond, and thoughtful, truly enhancing the trip experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept. Hot water is consistently available. However, there are no fans in the rooms, only central air conditioning, which can take a long time to cool the large rooms due to big glass windows that let in a lot of heat, making it harder to cool down. Parking is somewhat inconvenient, and the watchman can be quite bothersome. After parking, he repeatedly asks you to move your car back and forth, even when there is enough space for both sedan and SUV-sized vehicles. The staff alone deserves a 5-star rating; otherwise, I would rate the hotel 3 or 4 stars.
