The hotel was good overall, but the service could have been better. We were three adults and requested an extra bed, but no action was taken. Additionally, the AC was not working properly during our stay. Apart from these issues, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The room was extremely poor and very unhygienic. The staff were drinking and not cooperating with us. We felt trapped and there was a bad smell when we entered the hotel.
