My stay at SHANTI THE GRAND PALACE was quite disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the room setup did not match what was described when I booked. The room details were misleading, causing inconvenience when I arrived. When we brought up our concerns, the staff's response was unhelpful and unprofessional, which only increased our frustration. Guests expect the room description to be accurate, but that was not the case here. Because of this experience, I wouldn't recommend SHANTI THE GRAND PALACE, especially for those needing a specific room layout or traveling with family. It's best to get all room details confirmed in writing before booking. Overall, the inaccurate room info and poor service made the stay unsatisfactory, and I would not return.
