The overall service and facilities did not meet expectations.There was no response from the reception team regarding my queries about the dental kit and related services.The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable.I was asked to pay an additional 500 for an early check-in just one hour before the regular check-in time, which seemed unreasonable.The room lacked proper ventilation, further affecting the comfort of the stay.Overall, the experience was poor due to inadequate customer service and room conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made in guest service and facility maintenance.
