Nice look and actually recent my college faculty members celebrate a small event in Zaika section. Different non veg starters and biryani was excellent taste and quality has super. Organisation is so nice. Finally well enjoyed

We booked rooms for couple of our family events including my sisters wedding.Cons- Price is worth for their service. But we have equally good hotels & AIRBNB Stays for better prices in TENALIPros- Rooms were very good and premium quality!!- Extremely clean- worth for its price- good for eventsI prefer AIRBNB half times and another half here

I visit this hotel for food . I tried mutton soup which is too good. As starters we tried thread chiken which is good and tandoori average piece is hard and saltyDeserts - apricot delight , mango smoothy ok ok..Selected items are good not all.Service is late but professional means they bring every item after we completed the previous one thats what I like most.

I am a NRI, have my own local house which is rented out after my parents expiry. I came to tenali today regarding some work and wanted to stay a day or two in tenali to finish my works and will travel back. So i went to this Gowtham Grand Hotel thinking it will be nice and comfortable to stay there. So i asked for a room and told the same thing to them upon asking. But they don't give rooms to people with local address even if you provide all your details and proofs. They ask for your passport, citizenship and the visa stamping also if you are a NRI with local address proof. Receptionist was rude and he brought some other staff person who was in Aiyappa swami mala who was also so rude and rejected to give a room just because of the local address proof and for not providing the visa stamping physically. He was Just giving reasons and was saying that he has to submit the customers details to PS. I told him that he can pass on all my details to PS if needed. According to him It was fine to share the Aadhar card, passport and all with the police but not the customer contact/phone number only as it causes customer privacy issues, for him which I don't understand at all. I was ready to provide all the details but they want the visa stamping physically. I even tried to prove it online and tell them like I came for a work. I shall get it somehow and provide you by evening for which he was disrespectful, too many questions, reasons and adamant to provide the stamping then and there itself and said I won't give you the room. This is unprofessional and rude behaviour. They don't respect or give value to the customers which is not nice at all. They could have been nice and respectful but they didn't. This is my 1st bad experience in my own hometown though it is a 3* hotel, I have never experienced like this as i have travelled to many places and stayed in some nice hotel like 3*,5*,7*. But this was a great disappointment and very bad experience.
