DISGRACE RESORTS AND SPAGrace resorts and spa at Manali Simsa valleywe had an extremely disappointing stay.The hygiene standards were terrible.Bathroom wasn’t that clean .water in the shower didn’t come early morning and had to complain to the reception and after 10 mnts it came. No hand shower.No hair drier.no fridge.The food was ok with limited options in breakfast and dinnerThe reception staff was helping only after making them realise their mistakes.Reception was closed early morning whereas in 4 star properties (which they claim should be 24 hrs).They were not present in the early morning as we had to leave at 6 am for Rohtang and I had requested for early breakfast to be packed but it wss kept in reception but no1 to give us and we didn’t see where it was kept .Housekeeping service was careless and highly unprofessional.Rooms were not cleaned properly even after repeated requests.Basic amenities like clean towels, toiletries were missing after room clean up.Mr.Sanjeev Chauhan at reception was helpful and embarrassed on our complaints but helped us smiling.Trainer Sujal was also helpful.Overall, the management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, customer service, and maintenance. Stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel.Clean rooms and awesome food. Front office Sanjeev was so polite and very helpful in allocating rooms, clarifying doubts etc. Kitchen and housekeeping staffs are very kind and friendly. Improvements can be done in room lighting, extra socket for mobile chargers, upgradation of wash rooms is must.

Had a wonderful stay in Manali. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a beautiful mountain view. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever needed. Room service was quick and the food quality was also very good. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, it felt comfortable and homely. Highly recommended for couples and families. Would definitely stay here again!

Recently we went for Manali and stay in Grace Resort for 3days, It's was very disappointment that we received services from them.They delay in giving mineral water, Heater bt we booked the room with huge amount with all facilities. If we are questioning any thing we manager, simply he will tell speak with ur agent. No hot water and food quality is not good.In morning breakfast very few items are there. And they kept it's 4star hotel bt it is not fit for 2star hotel also. Not Recommended.

Rooms lock were damaged and cistern was not upto mark. Overall service was good. Food was best.
