There were cockroaches on the bed and in the washroom, and insects in the rooms. The only good thing was the hill view, which is not a big deal in a hill area. We arrived at lunchtime and were hungry, but the food we ordered took 50 minutes to arrive and was of poor quality. We booked for two days, but no one came for room cleaning on the second day, and towels were not provided without repeatedly asking. There was no tissue paper in the rooms. On the second day, no water bottles, fresh water glasses, or tea cups were provided. There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. Also, no hand wash, body wash, or dental kit—only soap was available. This is just to inform, as it is not a high-priced hotel. I booked it for Rs. 2300 on Yatra.com, so I had certain expectations. Additionally, you have to climb 200 stairs to reach Mall Road.
