Manali Valley Resort

I highly recommend the location if you want to enjoy views of the mountain and river from your room. However, the service is not very good. For small things, we had to contact the reception staff for assistance.

The location is excellent, offering a full view of Manali. The food was tasty, and they prepared special Jain meals for us. The service and cleanliness were also outstanding.

Our group consisted of 34 individuals, with 12 opting for strictly vegetarian Jain meals (excluding onion and garlic). The meals were provided as requested. The rooms are excellent, and both the service and food quality are good.

The hotel staff were very helpful, courteous, and supportive. We had reserved the Honeymoon Suite, but the online photos did not truly represent the actual room. The images appeared much nicer than the room we were first assigned. However, once we mentioned this, the staff quickly assisted us and upgraded us to a much better room. We really valued their swift action and excellent service. I advise future guests to request recent live photos of the room or, if possible, visit the property before booking to make sure it meets your expectations. The breakfast was good, and we had no issues with the food. The room prices are quite reasonable. One of the highlights of this hotel is the breathtaking panoramic view of the entire valley, which makes the stay very memorable. The building is somewhat old, so some rooms could use renovation. It would also be nice if the hotel added outdoor seating with a bonfire or some activities for kids, which would enhance the experience for families. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement, the staff's hospitality, the beautiful valley view, fair pricing, and the amenities provided made our stay enjoyable. It offers many features expected from a premium hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with an incredible view. One last tip: Don’t rely only on the photos online. Ask for recent live photos or a video of the room before booking so you know exactly what to expect. This will help you pick the room that fits your needs and avoid disappointment.

Hotel was very good, service had no shortcomings, all facilities were available. Staff was very helpful. Best experience ever. Everyone should visit.
