Club Mahindra White Meadows Manali

Property gets old and needs renovation and importantly uplifting its decor. Rooms wooden floors are all squeeky and lot of development happened nearby, creates noises. Roads leads to the property is broken and took 15-20 extra to reach there. No shuttle service towards mall road. Service was good and very quick.

The worst food and poor location of rooms, we are travelling with senior citizen and to come to reception or for dining the person has to climb 100 stairs minimum and walk at a least 500 meters, for a vacation it’s a mood spoiler, poor room service anything you order takes ages to come to room and since kitchen is far , even tea gets cold by the time it gets delivered . No hot water after 11:30 am to 6 30 pm in a cold place like Manali. Worst stay ever . Not worth the price

Zero star for there services.Hotel only has good infrastructure and view over allHotel service was not as per 5 star requirements, wrost services served be are the details i experience -I had book hotel for 4 people (including 2 senior citizens) form 26th jan to 29th jan 2026 , 4 days it cost me for around 50,000 (as it is 5 star)1. Basix Dental kits, slippers, bathroom gel, etc services and things was not available in room at all for each thing u need to call reception 2-3 times2. House keeping uses to vist room after 20 min if we request for anything.3. ’Power backup is not available and power was not i in my room for 6-7 hr.4. ’Main is HOTWATER at such loc is imp and same was not available all time. Post my request i received feedback : "disel jayda nai he sir so bachana pad raha he paani bass 7 se 11 tak hoga??"5. ’food variety was not at all, same food was repeated. Positive AspectsThe location of the resort is convenient, being close to the main town and Mall Road.The spa experience was very good. Deepak and Rajni were courteous and professional, and we genuinely enjoyed their service.Areas for ImprovementWe have visited several Club Mahindra resorts and unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience in terms of service responsiveness. The staff appeared unenthusiastic and slow. Whether it was requesting Wi-Fi support, extra blanket, cutlery or food service at the restaurant, every request required multiple follow-ups.There were no activities conducted at the Happy Hub. At your other resorts, staff members proactively engage families and invite them to participate in games and activities, which was completely missing here.The charges for indoor games such as billiards, air hockey and video games were extremely high. We were charged INR 2,360 (including taxes) per person per day. As members who have already paid a significant amount towards membership and continue to pay substantial annual maintenance fees, it is unreasonable to charge premium prices for basic recreational services like the Happy Hub. These services should ideally be complimentary or offered at highly subsidized rates. The same principle should apply to food and spa services as well.Due to the cumulative impact of the above issues, we were compelled to cut short our trip and check out of the resort one day earlier than planned.

Breakfast buffet had very limited options and taste was less than average. Food was repetitive. Although they mention breakfast starts at 7:30 , the food isn't even ready by 8am. Especially when we had to catch a flight , this was scary.Reception staff are clueless themselves. We had a checkin at 2pm. They made us wait till 3:30pm as rooms were not ready. Another family was also waiting for their rooms to be ready.Our heater was not working. But when we asked for replacement, they responded quickly and replaced.Washrooms are comfortable but there was no hot water. We had to empty 5 buckets to get hot water. That's a lot of waste of water.They put camp fire outside your room at a price of 2000 + GST!!! Although it was costly , we enjoyed the camp fire.
