Nice food facilities, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Our time at Udit Regency was generally positive. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, contributing to a pleasant stay. The food was tasty and stood out as a highlight of our visit. On the downside, the service was quite unsatisfactory. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming, which detracted from our overall experience. There is a clear need for better customer service, as the hospitality did not live up to the standard set by the rooms and food. With improvements in staff attitude and service quality, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable stay.

We booked a two day suite room.I expected a very nice stay but it was hell from the start washroom jacuzzi bedroom everything was very unclean and unhygienic . We waitied for two hours for them to clean all of it up when we checked in.and if this wasn’t enough next day housekeeping guy cleaned jacuzzi and washroom with the towels we used the previous day, and the towels we got that day were smelling so bad as if they have been used to clean some other room or something. And cherry on the top is the day we had to checkout we used jacuzzi to take both on medium/normal level and it malfunctioned with hot water all over the walls.it was sincerely traumatizing. Will never stay there again. Also there was this hotel so called manager he was literally very unprofessional whenever we complained him he used to answer back rather than solving it from core and giving sarcastic smiles that was too annoying and frustrating as if he was doing some sort of favour to us. Even I cried infront of them when it was too much to handle. Very bad experience….

The hotel offered a pleasant ambiance and the employees were quite welcoming. On the downside, the breakfast choices were somewhat restricted, and the internet connection was somewhat sluggish. The room was adequately furnished but might have benefited from better cleanliness. It's an acceptable option for a brief visit, though improvements are possible. The staff made extra efforts to assist us. Situated centrally in the city. Ritik Thakur is a very good person with polite communication; thank you, Ritik Thakur.
