I accidentally left the theater and had to return to retrieve my things. I told the older man checking tickets about this. He replied in a condescending way, saying, "Apna le jai, kisi aur ka mat le jana," and then followed me inside. I get that staff must make sure people only take their own items, and I don't mind security rules. But the manner in which he spoke was uncalled for and unprofessional. A simple polite reminder would have been enough. Showing customers respect and kindness would improve the experience greatly.

Had a wonderful time!!! Received all the promised amenities, unlike Shirar Resort and Spa. Please, people, avoid SHIRAR RESORT AND SPA... it's a terrible resort. Instead, come here where you get everything—food, service, and amenities—for a minimal price.
