Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Mulberry Resorts in Manali, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst the stunning Himalayan mountains, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service.The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The peaceful ambiance of the resort made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Manali.What truly enhanced my experience were the excellent recreational facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing. The badminton court was another fantastic feature, allowing me to spend quality time with my family while enjoying some fun outdoor activities.The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes, and every meal was prepared with great care. The staff members were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.In my opinion, Mulberry Resorts is one of the finest places to stay in Manali. Our recent four-day stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory, characterized by exceptional cleanliness and a remarkably supportive staff. The quality of the food also met a very high standard.

I highly Dont recommend this property . Property is good but HOSPITALITY was MISSING . DEEPAK (manager) was very in cooperative. He is very rude and arrogant . We cane to enjoy and relax but we didn’t. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied . You cant enjoy property or sit outside in garden area after 10.30 . They close the lights and force you to go to room . You cant get outside food . You can only order from hotel , no matter u like it or not . There is soo much restrictions . Personally i stayed in many 5 star properties even I didn’t feel any type of these restrictions there . Owner should look after this for the future of their hotel .

Deepak, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional in his behavior, showing no concern for guest satisfaction. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope the management takes serious steps to improve their staff’s attitude and hospitality standards.’
