The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. However, the resort's infrastructure and amenities could benefit from some upgrades. The rooms, while functional, feel dated in both appearance and overall ambiance. One improvement I would particularly appreciate is a larger and more open garden or recreational area, providing guests with ample space to stroll, relax, and enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Such enhancements would significantly improve the overall resort experience

The Club Mahindra - Snow Peaks, Manali is a fabulous place to stay offering nice views and services. The rooms are good, staff is cooperative and innovative. A room service person Mr. Jheva, worth a mention has made rooms / bed innovatively. Stay was fine and would look forward to visit this place again.

Clubs Mahindra member. We had an amazing stay during the week before Christmas. The food variety was decent and had all the three days our breakfast and dinner in the resort. The al la carte menu was also tasty especially the siddu. The kids play area and the little garden was really nice!

Stay away from this hotel unless you're looking for a nightmare. The location's a plus, and the rooms are decent, but that's where the perks end. The service is abysmal - staff are arrogant and seem completely uninterested in helping guests. We witnessed Restaurant servers with visible eye discharge, which says it all about the hygiene standards. Apparently, they're overworked, with staff saying they're expected to work till 2 AM and report back at 5 AM. The restaurant's a no-go, and I'd advise avoiding the hotel altogether until they sort their act out." ’?....Hope our honest review reaches the right people.

The hospitality is exceptional’Ms. Sonia at the reception is warm and courteous, and the entire staff is attentive, prompt, and genuinely helpful, ensuring guests feel cared for throughout their visit.Dining here is another highlight, with delicious meals that include South Indian specialties, praised for their authentic taste. A special mention goes to Mr. Jhave from housekeeping, whose thoughtful towel art added a delightful surprise to the stay.From the scenic surroundings to the heartfelt service, Snow Peaks Club Mahindra delivers a wonderful experience. The combination of great food, excellent staff, and serene mountain views makes it a perfect retreat for relaxation and joy. A stay here is not just comfortable’it’s truly enriching.
