Disturbing Guest Experience

2.0

My experience with this hotel and Agoda was very disappointing. I asked to change my booking date before my stay because I couldn't travel. Instead of assisting me, the hotel staff called me, spoke rudely, used offensive language, and even threatened me on the phone. I found this behavior totally unacceptable and felt unsafe. I reported the issue to Agoda right away, hoping they would investigate and protect their customers. Sadly, Agoda did not manage the complaint well and seemed to care little about such serious misconduct. From my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Ensuring customer safety and respectful treatment should always be a priority. I strongly warn other travelers to be careful before booking here.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and Agoda. I requested a simple date change before my stay because I was unable to travel. Instead of helping, the hotel staff called me, spoke abusively, used inappropriate language, and even threatened me over the phone. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and felt unsafe.I immediately reported the incident to Agoda, expecting them to investigate and protect their customers. Unfortunately, Agoda did not handle the complaint properly and showed very little concern about such serious misconduct.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer safety and respectful treatment should always come first. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious before booking here.
