Had a best experience staying at Sterling Manali.The staff is very humble and co-operative and provide prompt support.Though, the location is bit far from Manali but people who prefer less crowd will love the property and stay.
I liked the way staff cared about us. They are very professional. Though in terms of facilities swimming pool is missing but they have other kids activities. Overall I had a perfect stay at sterling .
Not very happy with the property.Reaching here was the biggest challenge, Naggar road Is under construction and every minute driving is challenging.Hotel room given had a damped smell which could have easily recognizable while setting up the room but it was given to us which we later changed.Food was ok with nothing fancy.Not much for the kids in play Area
