Hot water plumbing is not good, morning buffet was chaotic, need more staff in the restaurant
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The general manager behaved in an extremely unprofessional and intimidating manner. He threatened me by saying that the hotel owner is a politician and implied that I could face consequences.He shouted at me and even threatened me and my family, which was very disturbing. He came to my room and told me to vacate because I had booked the room for two adults and did not mention my children (aged 10 and 5). However, the booking site clearly stated that the room can accommodate up to three adults.Despite this, they pressured me to pay extra charges. I explained that I was not asking for any additional mattress or bed for my children, but they still insisted on charging more and continued to harass us.This behavior is completely unacceptable and caused significant stress to my family.Overall, it was a horrible and stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
