Echor Palm Bliss Resort & Spa, Kasol

Let me start with all the fraud details this place does:1. This place is listed as a place is Kasol, but its actual location is 25km from Kasol which take more than 1 hour2. They are a river side property but entry to river is restricted.3. They mention having Jacuzzi, but when I asked the reception, they said there is no Jacuzzi. Later they said, it is there but hot water is not there.4. They have listed a SPA. On enquiry they mentioned SPA personnel is on vacation5. Finally I asked about pool, the reception person said it will be charged at 500 per person. When I complained, the senior manager said it was a confusion and I can use the Pool.Due to them, I had to cut down my stay. They are such a fraud and loot people money by fooling them

Amazing

Top-notch property, everything was flawless.

The hotel's location is thoughtfully designed, with spacious rooms, delicious food, and seemingly decent staff. It’s clear that effort has been made to make each room unique. The large nature walk garden, bar, indoor and outdoor dining areas, pool, and jacuzzi all show careful planning. However, during our stay, possibly due to the off-season, we faced some issues: 1. Poor network coverage (only Jio & Airtel worked), and although we checked in around 11am, wifi access was only available by 6pm. 2. The room, bathroom, bed, curtains, and balcony were not properly cleaned, with insects and spiders present. While we understand it was off-season, the rates should reflect the level of service provided rather than peak season pricing.
