Grand Maurya Resort

We had a mixed experience at Grand Mayur. On the positive side, the staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating; they offered us a room upgrade and even allowed us to use the pool past the 5 PM closing time.However, the property itself fell short. We skipped the pool as the water appeared cloudy, and the room hygiene was a major concern. The bedding had visible stains’to the point where we were worried about bedbugs and chose to sleep on our towels. Furthermore, room service trays were left in the hallways overnight, which raised serious concerns about pests. The rooms are also showing their age, with noisy AC/fans and a need for a fresh coat of paint.Wish we took more photos of the beds and the rooms but we only have one of the food trays left overnight.While the staff are doing a great job, management needs to invest in maintenance and hygiene. We wouldn’t stay here again in its current state.

Menu is too costly, not worth.For one glass Rasam they charged Rs 45.It's usually free in all restaurants,after having nonveg food

We had a great weekend stay at Grand Mayura in Mysore. We checked in around 1 PM, and the process was super smooth and quick. The staff was polite and helpful’they even carried our luggage to the room, which was a nice touch.The room itself was clean, neat, and very comfortable’just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The reception team was also very responsive and friendly whenever we had any queries.The hotel has an in-house restaurant that served a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our day. We also tried their Chinese crispy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious!One of the highlights was the swimming pool’well-maintained and perfect for a quick dip to unwind.Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend Grand Mayura for a peaceful stay in Mysore!
