It was a veey bad experience to repeatedly request for extra bed as we had booked the facility for a family of 4 and it was accepted by them but till 10.40pm it was not given saying they were short staffed, for everything like dental kit we had to make 3-4 calls, for TV 3- 4 calls. To take the bed 2 calls everything they say will be done now but we had to follow up every 20 mins, infact dental kit was not delivered over night. Food and kitchen staffs were good though
Rooms are comfortable and the price is fair.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026I had an excellent stay at the hotel, especially suitable for families. Recently, I traveled to Mysore with my family and after exploring many options, I found this to be the best. I contacted them directly, and they provided a great experience by offering a spacious room ideal for a family with a newborn. They also allowed some flexibility with the check-out time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
