Hotel Grand Serene

Only complaint with hotel was that they didn't showed any mercy and charged exorbitant for additional guest due to the booking error from Agoda. Tried the hotel contact numbers more than 10 times before travelling but no one picked up the calls. Not professional.They knew we cannot cancel the booking and with children and family members we had no other options but to stay paying a good amount in extra. Even the front office staff didn't tried to take up the issue with higher official of the hotel even after our repeated request.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Serene. The location is excellent with great connectivity, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and excellent throughout the stay.The security and housekeeping staff were excellent, and overall the service was very good. However, there is room for improvement in the reception staff’s etiquette and communication. I was not clearly informed about the extended checkout time or the food voucher at the time it was issued; this information was only provided during checkout.Also, the breakfast spread could have been better, yet it was decent.My family and I love staying at Hotel Grand Serene. Going forward we will book our stay here every time we visit Mysore and would gladly recommend it to family and friends.

This is a good place to stay in Mysore, offering great hospitality that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.Its unbeatable location puts you very near to all tourist places, like the palace & Zoo, saving tons of travel time. The rooms are neat, spacious, and impeccably clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided.The only minor letdown was the breakfast spread’it was decent but a little disappointing, as I was expecting the best from such a welcoming spot.Still, I'll surely book this hotel every time I stay in Mysore’it's become my go-to!

Hotel Grand Serene is located close to the palace and the zoo, as well as the market, railway add bus stations. The rooms are spacious (I'd booked the Elegance room), clean and well appointed with lots of storage space for your luggage. The service is top notch, our housekeeping requests were promptly adhered to without any delays. The staff are courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast spread is good and includes made to order eggs and dosa. Will rebook the next time I'm in Mysore.
