The Dawn Hotel Mysore

Overall rooms are very poorly maintained and unhygenic. Bedsheets and pillow covers had consistent stains overall. AC was not working , after complaining they sent someone to fix it. But it completely centralised with no control over temperature.The hotel needs a upgrade badly.

Horrible hotel reception does not know how to talk.very bad behaviour. Shower leaking. Bad smell coming from bathroom

Not clean restroom for visitors.. bad smell fromm restroom for visitors.. not full restroom is closed its open window for visitors.. it cont able to close.. boy receptionist not giving respect if we ask any thing...

This is the worst hotel ,1. Rooms are very bad & stinky2. They do not change bedspread3. Staff @ counter do not know how to behave with customer.4. Bath rooms are like match boxes and no hot water & taps so bad.5. They cliam AC rooms but it won't work and in other room sounds like he'll.6. No car parking , need to park on the road side and no security.7.Room doors are broken and the auto lock system do not work. They give manual locks which is unsecured8.Towels were very stinking9.lift are too small with minimum occupancy hence waiting time is too high10. Reception staff behave like we r under mercy stay in their hotel...11. Honestly Behavior was very uncultured

The hotel is located in a very good and convenient area, which is one of its biggest advantages. However, the room condition was disappointing. The room did not seem well maintained and felt quite old. The air conditioner was not working properly, and most of the furniture inside the room appeared very old and worn out, which reduced overall comfort.On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and definitely the best part of the stay. The security guard was very helpful and assisted us with parking, which was appreciated. While the location and breakfast are strong points, the hotel needs improvement in room maintenance and facilities to match its prime location.
