The place was tucked away and room provided was around side with dodgy stone steps. Inside it looked nothing like the pictures and so dearly advertised. The incuded breakfast was not provided. Awful!!!

To the Customer Service Team,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our stay on 7 May at Super O collection hotel. We booked three rooms based on advertised images and descriptions; however, the reality was a gross violation of basic hospitality standards, health codes, and consumer rights.Despite the "non-refundable" nature of the booking, the hotel failed to provide a habitable environment, thereby breaching the fundamental terms of our agreement.Summary of GrievancesUpon our late-night check-in at 11:00 PM, we found all three rooms in a state of severe neglect:Hazardous Lack of Hygiene: The rooms featured stained bedsheets, cobwebs on the ceilings, and accumulated grime. The receptionist admitted the sheets were "soiled with oil marks," confirming they had not been properly laundered.Sanitary Violations: The bathrooms were in an appalling state. Toilets, washbasins, and sinks were visibly uncleaned and emitted a pungent, nauseating odor. The floor mats were saturated with dirt.Structural & Safety Issues: In one of the rooms, the bathroom door would not close, compromising basic privacy and security.False Advertisement: The rooms bore no resemblance to the images provided during the booking process. This constitutes a clear case of "bait and switch" and deceptive marketing.I am requesting a full refund for this booking. A "non-refundable" policy does not insulate a business from its obligation to provide a clean and safe service.
