Advaitha Residency (Unmarried Couples not allowed)

I stayed at Advaitha Residency for the first time recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel went beyond what I expected in every aspect. The atmosphere was cozy, inviting, and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I want to especially acknowledge The Hotel Manager Sandeep Sharma, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive throughout my visit. He arranged a dependable car service with a driver, which made getting around the area easy and hassle-free. He also frequently checked in and gathered feedback to make sure everything was up to my standards. His courteous demeanor, positive outlook, attention to detail, and constant readiness to help were truly impressive. The hospitality and service I experienced made my stay unforgettable, and I sincerely valued the care and commitment from the staff. I am very pleased with my stay and would strongly recommend Advaitha Residency to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I am eager to return!

Spent one night here with my family in two non-AC rooms. The rooms and linens were very clean. The location is excellent for shopping and business, with good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available on site. A special thanks to Mr. Sandeep, who is truly a kind person. We will return, thank you.

This is the first time I am writing a review for this hotel. My family and I travel to Mysore every three months as devotees of Datta Peetham. We usually stay for 3–4 days and book at least two rooms on every visit.For the past two years, we have been staying at this hotel regularly. We travel from Hyderabad, and our train reaches Mysore around 9:30 AM, so we usually arrive at the hotel by 10:00 AM. Every visit, we have to repeatedly request early check-in and late check-out. Since our program generally ends around 1:00 PM and lunch takes another hour, we request a few extra hours before checking out. After multiple requests, they eventually agree, but the same issue happens on every visit.During our recent stay in May, we booked two rooms for four days and spent around 10,000. Despite being regular customers for two years, we were made to wait nearly an hour at the reception for check-in. The staff kept saying that rooms were full, but it was evident that several rooms were available. It felt as though they intentionally made us wait.What disappointed us the most was the behavior of the manager. Customer service is extremely important in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, the manager's attitude towards guests was poor and unprofessional. As frequent visitors who bring repeat business to the hotel every three months, we expected better treatment and a little flexibility.We have overlooked issues such as the small room sizes, but the poor customer service and management behavior have left a very negative impression.I would not recommend this hotel, especially to frequent travelers or families expecting courteous and respectful service. If this is how regular customers are treated, others can imagine what their experience might be.
