The staff are not helpful there is no food for breakfast
Very disappointing experience.I was initially assigned a large room, but the AC was making a continuous, disturbing noise. I complained to the staff three times, but my concern was carelessly ignored. Eventually, my room was changed, but I was moved to a much smaller room.The second room had its windows left open, which resulted in mosquitoes inside the room. On top of that, several basic room essentials were missing, including drinking water, tea bags, and the expected complimentary tea/coffee setup. These are basic amenities that should be available without having to repeatedly ask for them.There was also no proper guidance about the hotel facilities or services, and there was no room-drop service, which made the overall experience feel poorly managed.The biggest issue was the lack of responsiveness from the staff. I complained three times about the AC, yet instead of properly addressing the problem, I was eventually moved to a smaller room with additional issues.For the price, I expected basic cleanliness, functioning facilities, essential room amenities, and responsive service. Unfortunately, this stay fell short on all of these.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.
