Dirty rooms, no water and booking problems

Most disgusting hotel I had never seen, room was very small can't even stay one member, no cleanliness , no water facility, inside the room insects and 🐜🦗🦗 are there , we can't even stay 24 hrs we stayed only 10 hrs means night time only, water coming from windows, bed cover so dirty, We booked from online that is our mistake, i am suggesting to you don't come this kind of hotels
