The staff was undoubtedly helpful and accommodating, especially considering we checked in quite late. However, that doesn't make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room. The ceiling was covered in cobwebs, and the shelf above the TV was noticeably dusty.Another unusual aspect was that the washroom was about a foot higher than the room's floor level. This elevated design could be inconvenient and potentially unsafe, particularly for elderly guests who may find it difficult to step up and down.
Very high step bathroom. Not well maintained. No wifi. AC is not working properly. Fan sounds like generator.
Nothing exceptional, okay stay, got the stay for a deal so worth that money.
