Property is relatively old and did not have enough for money. The place doesn’t feel safe and vibrant enough for a family setting .
The hotel and its rooms are comfortable, although the property is showing its age, as it has been in operation for around 40 years. While the facilities are not the newest, the hotel offers several features that make it a pleasant choice, especially for families. Children can enjoy a selection of games and a small but well-maintained swimming pool, and the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay.One unique feature is the heritage art center within the hotel, where guests can browse and purchase local artifacts, with a 25% discount offered during our visit.The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It provides convenient access to most of Mysuru's major attractions, with Brindavan Gardens approximately 40 minutes away and Srirangapatna around 30 minutes by car, making it a good base for sightseeing.The hotel prominently promotes its High Park Restaurant, but we found it to be average overall. In comparison, the Beer Garden restaurant offers a more enjoyable atmosphere with pleasant ambience and good food, making it a better option for a relaxed meal.Overall, this is a good choice if your main priority is exploring Mysuru's attractions while having a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Although the property is older, its convenient location, family-friendly amenities, courteous staff, and peaceful environment make it a worthwhile stay.
