Stayed here on 22-May-26. Had a bitter experience. Old hotel, rooms are not clean. No proper parking. Water seepage issue on walls. Taps didn’t work. No water till 8:30 am.For this price range (4100/-) we can get very good stays. I will not suggest this hotel to any one.Note: Staff are very polite. Management has to renovate the washrooms and renovate the hotel.

I booked it one day before my trip coz it was the only hotel which was leftBut the pricing was so high so I thought that the hotel will be very nice and all but I was wrong...There were no tooth brush ,comb ,hair dryer was not working...Not liked it

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this place. The food quality was extremely poor ’ in fact, it was clearly spoiled. The taste was off, the smell was unpleasant, and it was obvious that the food was not fresh. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you are paying for a proper meal. Serving spoiled food is not just bad service, it’s a serious health concern.What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the manager. When I raised the issue politely, instead of addressing the concern or apologizing, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no sense of accountability or willingness to resolve the problem. It felt like customer concerns simply don’t matter here.Overall, this was a very bad experience. Poor food quality combined with disrespectful management makes this place one I would strongly advise others to avoid. I will definitely not be visiting again.

The hotel has seen its good days. The furnishing and bathroom fittings were ultra modern 10 years back bit now they have become a bit rusty and worn off.The restaurant service was below par. We had ordered set dosa as breakfast. But it never came and made us wait an hour delaying our entire days itinerary.The location is great. And the room service was prompt.

It was really clean, and all the staffs were very helpful and kind
