Value for money nice place and good room

Booked from Agoda but they canceled and gave a really bad room that smelled terrible. The next day they asked for more money and didn't honor the Agoda booking. Don't book this hotel if you care about hygiene, safety, and health.

Owner lady is rude and unprofessional. Front office staff, especially Santhosh, was friendly and helped with room issues quickly. But the owner made me wait over 10 minutes for no reason while training new staff. When I mentioned the window was missing glass, she was hostile. The room was not up to standard for international travelers, lacking basic things like a glass window. The owner also seems to treat her staff poorly, which creates a bad vibe. Even though Santhosh did his best, the owner's attitude and the room conditions made this one of my worst stays. If you want good service and a nice stay, better to skip this hotel. Dear owner lady, we are paying you, not getting it for free. You run a hotel, not a palace.

Stay was nice but power cut at night was very annoying, they need to fix this.

For the price range the hotel stay was good. It was having all basic amenities like hot water, electric kettle, proper vantilation. It was just 200m from art gallery, 400m from the mysore palace and less than 1 km from zoo and acqarium. The owner was feiendly. So overall a good stay.
