Wonderful Staff, but the Rooms Need Serious Improvement. 😢 My experience at Emerald Suite Comfort in Mysore was a real mix of wonderful people and disappointing room conditions.First, I want to give the highest compliments to the restaurant manager and the entire waiting team. They were truly exceptional, among the best hospitality staff I have encountered anywhere. Their kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made every interaction a pleasure. They are a real credit to this hotel and, honestly, one of the best things about my stay.The front desk (girl) staff member was lovely, always sweet, helpful, and smiling. ❤️ The concierge was very helpful at arranging trips.and the gentleman at the main entrance were wonderful, too. A very special mention goes to the security guard, who is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. His warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on me.The housekeeping team, especially the staff responsible for the second floor, also deserve recognition. They were consistently kind, hardworking, and willing to help, always with a smile and a sincere effort to do their best.Unfortunately, the rooms themselves need major improvement. When I checked in, the bedsheets were not clean, and I had to go downstairs to request a change. This should never happen in a hotel. The bathroom also had leaking sinks and faucets, which clearly require proper maintenance.I sincerely hope management recognizes the outstanding people working here and gives the same attention to improving the rooms and overall maintenance. The staff deserve to work in a hotel whose facilities reflect the quality of their service.While I am deeply grateful to the wonderful team members who made my stay more pleasant, the condition of the rooms has left me uncertain about returning. With proper investment in maintenance, cleanliness, and room quality, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.To the restaurant manager, the waiting team, the front desk, housekeeping, the concierge, and especially the wonderful security guard: thank you for your kindness and outstanding hospitality. You made a genuine difference, and you deserve every bit of recognition.
