I feel this hotel is more deserving of a 3-star rating than a 4-star one. While the staff were polite and helpful, the overall hotel management and facilities were disappointing.There is no in-house restaurant, and no room service is available for food or beverages. Basic amenities such as handwash were missing, and a toothbrush kit was provided only after requesting it. The overall maintenance of the hotel is average.It also appeared that only one staff member was managing operations. I had ordered coffee through Swiggy and requested a couple of empty cups from the hotel. I was told that the hotel was full and no coffee cups were available. This reflects poorly on the hotel's preparedness and commitment to guest service.The staff themselves were courteous, and I have no complaints about their attitude. However, the management needs to focus much more on customer service, basic amenities, and overall maintenance. In its current condition, I do not feel the hotel offers good value for money. With better management and upkeep, it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The staff were polite, and I have no issues with their behavior. Still, management needs to improve customer service, provide basic amenities, and maintain the property better. As it stands, the hotel doesn't offer good value for the price. With improved management and maintenance, it could offer a much better stay.

Will not recommend this hotel because of its location. It may be on main road but will still not recommend. hotel is old . Rooms not clean .

Ventilation is not there in washroom and all the rooms was very smelly and not as good shown in the Google images very bad condition
