Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not properly cleaned before our check-in. The bedsheets had not been changed, and the washroom was also not cleaned. After informing the staff, the washroom was cleaned, which I appreciate.However, the overall condition of the washroom was also not satisfactory. The fixtures was poorly maintained, which made the washroom feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use.I had specifically informed the receptionist about changing the bedsheets before I went out. When I returned, the bedsheets were still the same as I had left them. When I asked about it, I was told that it was too late to change them at that point, even though I had informed the receptionist well in advance.Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, and timely attention to guest requests are important for a comfortable stay. I hope the resort takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service.
Nice atmosphere. The room was roomy, and the food was delicious. Breakfast also had a good taste.
