I have a big disastrous holiday trip there on 27th December 2025.We went with our little one for a holiday trip on 27th December 2025 at HM resort, srirangapatna as there was no other hotel available last moment.I will come one by one, I am writing this review not for the customer but for the management and the owner of the hotel who should know to how to delight customer not only taking extra money from them.1) we went there at 3pm and had to wait more than a hour just because room was not ready instead of informing repeatedly.We were there room number 116 which is provided. After entering the room , we saw all the tiles were broken and bed linen is not been changed.It's clearly visible that it was used linen, as per house keeping unavailability of linen they couldn't. But after throwing anger , immediately they bring new lines. Broken tiles hide by door mat.2) Night after ordering dinner ( Rice, dal, chapati, salad) not provided all the item . After one hour informed that chapati is not available and salad can't be given.3) staffs always says lies.4) Breakfast experience is more horrible, very limited option only bread and idli.a) Idli was uncookedb) Bread was raw, many customers asked for to bake or provide toaster. Clearly said by the staff that "not possible, if you want to eat or else leave."c) Only tea was the option and after some time cup was finished, no one available to get the cup, one customer enter the kitchen and get it back.d) 50% of the customer was standing and eating, no place to sit.I am repeating again that this clearly shows that staff are underpaid, over burdened and not trained enough to handle customer. Please look into. It's a very serious issues, charging more in the vacation time but not providing any fundamental essentials.

This is a good place to halt for a Ranganthittu birding plan. Food and drinks available 24/7 and the service is good. Pool in the property and surroundings are farms.Working TVs could be provided for the price. The intercom phone which rings in the lobby is heard in the rooms . Which is a little irritating ’’’’. Overall a good option to stay.

Guys, please do not stay there if you have small kid or parents.we have booked two rooms for 2days recently,26- 28th dec.rooms and toilet is very dirty,all the stuffs aste very arrogent.My aged parents only eat bread during breakfast time.we requested them instead of giving raw bread please give toast, otherwise raw bread will create indigestion issues.HM Resort,was it a very big demand?? Additionally, during lunch time we have ordered omelette,and they have given uncooked omelette.You guys have taken 12800 for 2 days and given this kind of service.don't you have parents?if you guys are unable to manage crowd then why did you start this business?shame on you..Your manager Balaji knows all the incident.
