HM Resort

Guys, please do not stay there if you have small kid or parents.we have booked two rooms for 2days recently,26- 28th dec.rooms and toilet is very dirty,all the stuffs aste very arrogent.My aged parents only eat bread during breakfast time.we requested them instead of giving raw bread please give toast, otherwise raw bread will create indigestion issues.HM Resort,was it a very big demand?? Additionally, during lunch time we have ordered omelette,and they have given uncooked omelette.You guys have taken 12800 for 2 days and given this kind of service.don't you have parents?if you guys are unable to manage crowd then why did you start this business?shame on you..Your manager Balaji knows all the incident.

Rooms are superb. Food is above that. Only thing to mention, Pool needs more attention. Please check the pool while check in. Ask them to filter it well for atleast 4-5 hrs. Food quality compensated the problem we faced in the pool. Location is bit like village side. I liked that too. Away for traffic and polution. Staff is extremely helpful.

This is not a resort, the very basic facilities, amneties were missing. We had asked for a non smoking room, but the room was smelling of cigarettes, the room freshner that was sprayed was not able to hide the smell. We did not even get a water bottle for the room, the bathroom was all wet when we checked in. The staff is very limited and it takes forever for things to get done. It was also not clean, the b fast section where the food was served had cockroaches roaming around. I will never recommend it to anyone, the management needs to change

I won’t recommend at all .. support staff not much cooperative except receptionist.This ratings here are spam.. they don’t provide the basics things like tea coffee or even the proper glass to drink water in the rooms. We got one plastic glass to drink.. they shared open bowl of sugar.. they don’t have proper sachet of sugar or stirrer as well.I was welcomed to the room with torn blankets and bed sheets.. although they changed on request. But they should have keep ready room by default.. we had to call multiple times for the issue..They provided one soap.. which I think for hand wash.. and one small bottle liquid inside.. god knows that was shampoo or lotion or conditioner..Exhaust was not working .. few lights in the rooms were not working..We booked as this hotel was near to marathon event that’s it.. else this hotel does it deserve even 1500 per day.. and we booked for around 3.2k
