I booked an Executive Deluxe Room based on the photos and description provided, but the actual room is completely different from what was shown online.The room does not have proper facilities, the room service is very poor, and the room is filled with a bad odour. The AC is also not being provided properly. They switch off the AC power during the night, and even when we call and complain about the issue, there is no proper response from the staff.This is extremely disappointing and not what I expected after booking an Executive Deluxe Room. The facilities and service provided do not match the description and photos shown at the time of booking.I request you to take immediate action
