The beds were of poor quality and there were no toiletries or towels provided despite repeated requests.

The rooms were okay, but the hospitality was very disappointing. The service was lacking, and even simple items like soap and towels were missing. After checking out, we were denied access to the guest washroom and told to use a shared washroom used by housekeeping and other staff. This felt disrespectful and left a negative impression. Overall, the service and guest experience were well below what I expected, and I wouldn't suggest staying here unless they greatly improve their hospitality.
