I have been traveling since almost 8 years and first time during checkout was made to wait for a roo inspection. Felt bit horrible experience from the reception staff guy while checking in and checking out. Pathetic wife and amenities

I booked a premium deluxe room with a joint bed but at the hotel I was told they didn't get the request and it is with twin bed. Though the staff then gave me another room with joint bed but I think it was standard room. Not even 2 chairs in the room, the lightings are just ok. TV remote was not working, they were too busy to take my request until I insisted strongly. It's clean and the location is fine but not worth paying a premium price.
