The sounds were terrible as the property is located on the main road. There was no one available to escort us. No amenities were provided, even though I had mentioned them at the time of booking.The food was not that great. For example, I ordered Manchow soup and specifically mentioned that the Manchow should be served on the side, but it was mixed inside the soup, and the soup was cold.There were several things happening near the elevator. In the morning, I couldn't sleep because there were 2–3 boys staying in the opposite room who were making a lot of noise.The phone was not connected to the restaurant or reception. I had to take the number from Google and call them.The entire night was noisy, followed by noise early in the morning. My sleep was completely disturbed.
It was a fair stay. The hotel location is pretty close to the KSRTC bus stand.
Had a Pleasant stay. It is walking distance to mysore palace. Overall experience was comfortable.
