Unclean rooms, broken fixtures and poor service

Very bad experience due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff, especially the manager. Despite booking 3 rooms for 10 family members, including several ladies, we arrived at 10:30 AM and were initially denied rooms until 12 PM, even though rooms were vacant. After repeated requests, only 2 rooms were provided, and I had to wait outside for over 1.5 hours for the third room. When I complained, the manager behaved aggressively and arrogantly, claiming he had the authority to cancel all our rooms and challenging me to complain wherever I wanted. I also witnessed hotel staff pressuring other customers to cancel their online bookings, apparently because they had booked rooms at lower prices in advance. This raises serious concerns about the hotel's treatment of customers who made legitimate bookings at the prices offered online. There were no basic complimentary amenities, not even water bottles, towels, or toilet soap, and no proper waiting area for customers. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I strongly urge OYO to investigate this property, take appropriate action against the management, and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

I booked this property based on the photos and rating on Agoda, but the room I was given was poorly maintained. The door, switch, mirror, and shower were broken; the toilet was unclean; and the beds were in poor condition.I asked the property to change our room, but they refused. I also tried to cancel, but doing so under the booking’s cancellation policy would have meant losing the money I had paid. We stayed, and the experience was embarrassing in front of my family and spoiled our trip.The photos and rating did not reflect the room we received.
