I am highly disappointed with my recent stay at this property. What was advertised and paid for was completely different from the reality we faced.• The Room & False Advertising: My booking clearly mentioned a city view, but the room we were given was facing another building, blocking any semblance of a view. The room itself was as small as a matchbox—there was barely enough space to move around.• Contradictory and Dishonest Staff: When I went to the reception to get this sorted, I received completely contradictory information. The front desk receptionist told me that city view rooms were "currently unavailable." However, when I spoke to the OTA (Online Travel Agency) in-charge, they flatly admitted that city view rooms do not even exist at this property! It is completely unacceptable to list amenities you do not have.• The "Extra Bed" Scam: I had specifically booked and paid for an extra bed for my kid. Instead of a proper bed or a cot, they merely threw a thin additional mattress on the floor. When I confronted the staff, they had the audacity to tell me that "extra bed means extra mattress and not an extra cot!" This is absolute nonsense and a ridiculous excuse to cut corners.You cannot trust the room descriptions or the management at this hotel. I strongly advise families and travelers to look elsewhere and avoid getting scammed.

Couple • India • Oct 2026Our stay in Yuvraj Landmark, Mysuru was overall good. The room was clean and neat, the staff were friendly, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The location was also convenient. Although the room was quite small, it was manageable for us. However, the room lacked basic amenities such as a place to keep clothes or hang wet clothes, and even the bathroom had no hooks or space to hang towels. Adding these simple facilities would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement.
