Agoda and this hotel is looted my one day booked money. They have no water on hotel ( Motor issue), they can't accepted my chekin at that time.Once complained also no response. They supporting hotels. good luck cheaters I am uninstalling all this.
1 Star — Room Was Completely Different From the ListingThe room I received was completely different from what was shown in the Agoda listing. The actual room was old, poorly maintained and not clean to the standard expected from the photos and description.I contacted Agoda regarding the issue, but my concern was not satisfactorily resolved.If anyone else experiences the same issue, please don't simply adjust or ignore it. Raise a complaint with both the hotel and Agoda and report the misleading listing so other customers are not affected.I strongly recommend checking the actual room condition carefully before accepting the accommodation.
