Waste of money. Never stay here. Very ugly rooms and arrogant behavior of hotel management. Smelly and dirty bathrooms. Used bed towel.

Location is great ,service is great but the room are a bit dusky and old looking .

Probably one of the best hotels to stay at mysuru. The staffs are very polite . Treat the customers very well . The rooms are spacious . All the ac are working . My only complaint is that one of our rooms have an ac leaking water. That's all . The location is very good every tourist destinations are close . Best stay at mysore

Stayed for one night with family it is okay.Firstly it's not 3 star hotel as mentioned attached to some function hallpros:- huge parking staff is so friendly well behaved 1.5km dist to mysore palace 2km to mysore zoo.Cons:- room facilities are not upto the mark no telephone, no continuous hot water we need to inform them good thing is that they responded quickly even in early mng.

Extremely disappointing experience. We stayed here for 6 days and had booked over 5 rooms, but every room had some issue or the other ’ from faulty showers and blocked drains to torn, dirty bedsheets and leaking ACs dripping water onto the bed. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were terrible. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay, showing no sense of hospitality. What was even more uncomfortable was the manager casually making inappropriate and insensitive comments about religion in front of guests, which was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you're planning to visit Mysore and want a peaceful, pleasant stay, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is not worth your time or money.
