Great location friendly staff clean rooms and affordable price
We had a very bad experience during our stay.We booked 2 rooms, but the hotel provided only 1 very room for 6 people with 2 beds. When we contacted the management, they simply said they could provide only one room.At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that breakfast was included, but the hotel refused to provide it and said there was no breakfast available.The room facilities were also poor. The fan speed regulator was not working—it could only be switched ON or OFF, with no speed control.The washroom was in very bad condition. The hot water supply was inconsistent, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The water drainage was extremely slow, and water would collect in one corner of the bathroom. It took 4–5 minutes for the water to drain after every use.Overall, the hotel did not provide the services that were promised during booking. The management was unhelpful, and our stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.And I Hope now what Agoda team will response on this issue.
