If it were possible to give zero stars, I would for this place. I booked an AC room via OYO and paid through their app. The AV remote was missing. There was no pipe for hot water in the bathroom. The room had no lights. The TV didn't work. The bathroom windows allowed people outside to see in. The reception phone was out of order. When I contacted OYO support, they told me to transfer the call to reception, but the receptionist was rude even to the OYO customer rep.

I was very excited after seeing the room pictures and amenities, but upon arrival, I was shocked by the poor condition of the room. The water facilities and bed were very unsatisfactory and nothing was clean. The reception staff did not respond properly and kept asking for extra money for every facility. Although we booked and paid for a room for 3 adults with extra beds in advance, they only showed us a double bed room and demanded an additional 300 Rs for another bed. Even after showing the booking details, they insisted we share the same bed. This was one of the worst experiences; I advise against booking rooms at this place.
