The staff were very helpful, the hygiene was good, and the food was tasty.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical because the room cost only around 2,400, and I wasn't sure what to expect at that price. However, the hotel pleasantly surprised me. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also large and spotless. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast, which was included in the booking, was slightly better than average and a nice bonus. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms and hotel are very good. However, this time the breakfast was disappointing with no variety and it was not fresh. We stayed for two days and they served the same old food. Not good.

The hotel is well kept, with rooms that are reasonably spacious. The support staff are very friendly and helpful. Higher floors offer a pretty good view. The South Indian buffet breakfast has a decent variety of options. The quality of food in the in-house dining is good. Nexus Mall is just about 100 meters away, easily reachable on foot. I strongly suggest this hotel as a centrally located, safe, and mid-budget choice for families.

Visited twice in 2021 and it was really good. Now, cleanliness needs improvement, as cleaning seems superficial, only on visible areas. Found leftover nails and hair under tables and chairs. The spring mattresses are so worn you can feel the springs. Bathroom ceiling has mold, and some bathroom curtains also have mold due to aging. Breakfast is average in taste. It seems they have lost interest in maintenance. The location is unbeatable, so bookings will continue, but the quality has definitely declined.
